The conversations that stood out 

Legal and financial services leaders pressed on the same pain points: missed follow-ups, hidden dependencies, and status reporting that eats hours. What’s next for Belt Desktop

2. Team visibility that’s humane: clear capacity signals, shared calendars where needed, and personal privacy where it counts.  

3. Fewer handoffs, fewer dropped balls: from request → task → calendar block → report, all linked back to the original thread.
